At Fionka, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Before completing your order, please make sure you have selected the correct size and style.

You may try on your item while the courier is present for up to 5 minutes after delivery.

If there is any issue with the item, please return it to the courier immediately.

Please note that the delivery fee will still apply in case the order is refused or returned at the time of delivery.

Once the order has been received and the full payment has been made to the courier, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If the courier refuses to take the item back despite an issue with the order, please contact us immediately while the courier is still present.
